Mayor's Community Weekend 2025 roundup

Thousands attended the Mayor’s Community Weekend events! 

The Mayor’s Community Weekend 2025 is a partnership with the National Lottery Community Fund and took place between 12th-14th September 2025 across every borough in London. 

There were over 220 events bringing local communities together celebrating unity, diversity and culture across the city.  Hundreds of volunteers including the Mayor’s Team London Ambassadors supported the delivery of a fun -filled and action-packed weekend. Along with other Deputy Mayors, Assembly Members and local MPs, Debbie Weekes-Bernard, Deputy Mayor for Communities and Social Justice visited 6 of the events over the weekend and was truly inspired to see communities working together and the joyful celebrations.
