Zafar – Volunteer Technician, Bridge the Gap
This is Zafar. He volunteers with Bridge the Gap CIC who provide refurbished devices to help families in need. As a Volunteer Technician, his role includes refurbishing computers.
He got into volunteering to offer his help and give something back to the community. He says it’s important that it isn’t all ‘take take take’.
What he loves the most about his volunteering role is seeing the end result and knowing he helped someone and made someoen’s life a bit better during hard times.
